Led by physicians and trusted by patients, Pour team delivers advanced medical solutions across a variety of practice areas . Our neonatal specialists play many roles: diagnostician, teacher, counselor, consultant and primary care provider in the NICU. Our goal is to help families understand their baby’s diagnosis and treatment options, then develop a care plan with your participation and input. We are seeking a medical director with experience to join our collative team. Leadership: Oversight of the practice and will work closely with hospital administration, as well as our regional management team. Providing growth and mentor-ship to other physicians; taking on leadership roles within the hospital and community • 8-bed PICU with 2 observation beds • Inpatient pediatric floor + ER consults • In-house days, home call at night • Teaching opportunities with family medicine residents • 2024 Census: 485 total admits (392 pediatric, 93 PICU), ADC: 5.1 • Home Call - 7 on / 7 off
