Led by physicians and trusted by patients, Pour team delivers advanced medical solutions across a variety of practice areas . Our neonatal specialists play many roles: diagnostician, teacher, counselor, consultant and primary care provider in the NICU. Our goal is to help families understand their baby’s diagnosis and treatment options, then develop a care plan with your participation and input. We are seeking a medical director with experience to join our collative team. Leadership: Oversight of the practice and will work closely with hospital administration, as well as our regional management team. Providing growth and mentor-ship to other physicians; taking on leadership roles within the hospital and community Level-III NICU: Provide coverage for our growing 10-bed NICU with 1,000 annual births. Team Collaboration: Full-time position as part of a dedicated physician team. Flexible Schedule: Rounding with call from home and full-time NNP day coverage.
