Clinical Dietitian Outpatient

Health Center · Pennsylvania · full-time

Job description

Let's be honest: a lot of dietitian jobs feel like an assembly line. Fifteen minutes, a printed handout, next patient. If that's not why you got into this field, we should talk. At our health center, you'll actually get to practice nutrition the way it's supposed to work. You'll sit down with patients, really get to know their history, their habits, their lives, and build a nutrition plan that fits them, not a template. One day you might be helping a mom to understand what healthy weight gain looks like during pregnancy. The next, you're working with someone managing diabetes or heart disease who just needs someone in their corner who knows the science and takes the time to explain it. That's the job. That's the whole point. You also won't be doing it alone. You'll be part of a real care team, physicians, nurses, pharmacists, social workers, all of you working together because everyone here believes good care is a team effort. Your input matters. Here's what's in it for you: ● A $2,000 sign on bonus, paid in two installments, just for saying yes ● Generous PTO, your birthday off, and seven more paid holidays on top of that ● Medical, dental, and vision coverage so you're taken care of too ● Company paid life insurance and a retirement plan with matching, because we're thinking about your future, not just your first year

Requirements

What you'll need to bring: A bachelor's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field, a diabetic health management certification, and current CPR/First Aid certification. You'll also need at least two years of clinical or hospital experience under your belt. A little extra experience in a physician's office is a nice bonus, and if you speak Spanish, Nepali, or French, that's a real asset here. Being able to talk with a patient in their own language changes everything about how care lands. If you're a dietitian who wants your work to actually mean something, who wants patients to remember your name and your advice, this is that role
