As Chief Medical Officer, you'll hold the highest clinical authority in our organization setting the standard for care quality, shaping the strategy that serves our most vulnerable patients, and building the team that makes it all possible. Role Type Clinical + Executive Reports To CEO & Board Setting FQHC Community Clinic Location Pennsylvania What you'll do Set the clinical standard Own all clinical policies, protocols, and quality initiatives and drive a culture of continuous improvement. Lead and grow a multidisciplinary team Supervise and mentor NPs, PAs, and RNs building a team that's clinically excellent and deeply mission-driven. Deliver care directly Stay close to patients providing hands-on care while shaping the systems that support thousands more. Help shape strategy and growth Partner with the CEO and Board on organizational planning, budget, and the expansion of services for underserved communities.
Requirements
