Imagine a radiology career that gives you the freedom to work remotely on your terms while still being part of a high-volume, academically prestigious institution. That's exactly what this opportunity delivers. We're seeking an ABR-Certified/Eligible Emergency Radiologist to join an established, collegial 6-member Emergency Radiology division at one of the busiest and most respected academic medical centers in the country. And the best part? This is a fully remote position. All equipment provided, zero commute required. โœ… WHY THIS ROLE STANDS OUT ๐Ÿ  True Remote Flexibility Overnight Emergency Radiologist. Work from the comfort of your home with all necessary equipment supplied. For those who prefer on-site engagement with residents, that option remains open but it's your call. ๐Ÿ“… A Schedule Built for Life Balance At just 122 shifts per year, you'll enjoy a one week on, two weeks off rhythm โ€” a genuinely sustainable model that's rare in emergency radiology. More time for the things that matter most to you. ๐Ÿค Never Work Alone Two attendings are on duty per overnight shift, providing built-in peer collaboration and support. You'll also work alongside a night float resident and benefit from 24/7 CT/US/MR tech coverage so you're always well supported. ๐ŸŽ“ Academic Prestige Without the Bureaucracy This is a teaching hospital affiliated with a top medical school, meaning intellectual engagement and academic connection without the pressure of performing procedures, reading nuclear medicine, or interpreting mammography. ๐Ÿ“Š High-Volume, High-Impact Work Cover busy Level II Trauma Center emergency departments, reading the full spectrum of emergency studies: CT (body and neuro), ultrasound, and radiographs. Neuro MRI experience is a bonus, and unconventional ED exams are backed by subspecialist reads the following day. This is the kind of position that lets you build a life outside of medicine while still doing meaningful, high-stakes work within it.
