Job description

Make a Real Difference — In Two Languages Bilingual Therapist | Up to $2,000 Sign-On Bonus What if your fluency in Spanish wasn't just a skill on your résumé — but a lifeline for a family that's never had someone truly hear them? Why This Role Stands Out This isn't a desk job. You'll work directly with families in their communities, conducting clinical assessments, building individualized treatment plans, and connecting people to the services that can genuinely change the trajectory of their lives. You'll collaborate with judges, schools, and child protective services — building the kind of cross-system trust that actually moves the needle for the families you serve. Your bilingual ability means Spanish-speaking families — often the most underserved — get the quality mental health care they deserve, delivered by someone who speaks their language and understands their world.
