Requirements

Requirements • MD/DO Degree • Graduate Medical Education in an ACGME Accredited Family Medicine Residency Program • Current certification by the Board of Family Medicine or possess qualifications acceptable to the Review Committee • DEA Certification • Valid physician license for State of Pennsylvania • Valid BLS, ACLS, PALs and NRP • Valid driver’s license • Experience with electronic health records
