Job description
We are seeking a NP to work on a collaborative team who’s mission driven and has a passion for serving underserved populations and vulnerable families. We are focused on individuals and families to ensure that preventive care and care for illness are delivered with the highest quality. Your primary role will be providing medication treatment and other supporting treatment options for individuals who are recovering from addiction to opioids and other substances. This is part of our new integrated health model with Primary care and Behavioral health.
Requirements
Qualifications • Active Pennsylvania APRN license • DEA registration (preferred) • BLS and ACLS certifications • Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience (Family Medicine preferred) • Strong communication, assessment, and leadership skills • Comfortable working independently in a clinical environment • Bi-Lingual candidate (Spanish preferred)
